At Lady Soto Designs, we specialize in luxury décor rentals and event styling services. Please review our delivery and pickup terms carefully before booking.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery, setup, breakdown, and pickup services are available for events based on location and availability. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, venue access, setup requirements, and event timing.

Clients may also arrange pickup for select rental items if approved in advance.

Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date and rental items. Full payment must be completed before delivery or setup services are provided.

Delivery Timing

We work closely with clients and venues to coordinate delivery and setup times. While we strive to meet all scheduled timelines, delays caused by weather, traffic, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access during scheduled delivery and pickup windows.

Setup & Styling

For styled events, Lady Soto Designs will install décor according to the approved design plan. Minor adjustments may be made onsite to accommodate venue layout or safety requirements.

Rental items must not be moved, altered, or removed by guests or third parties during the event unless approved by Lady Soto Designs.

Pickup & Item Care

All rental items remain the property of Lady Soto Designs and must be returned in the same condition received, excluding normal wear.

Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively soiled items during the rental period. Additional replacement or cleaning fees may apply.

Outdoor Events

For outdoor setups, clients are responsible for providing adequate protection from weather conditions including rain, wind, heat, and uneven surfaces. Certain rental items may not be suitable for outdoor use.

Lady Soto Designs reserves the right to modify or cancel outdoor installations if weather conditions create safety concerns.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. In the event of cancellation, payments made may be applied according to the terms outlined in your event agreement.

Service Area

We currently provide décor rental and event styling services within approved service areas. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside our standard coverage area.
